My wife and I worked with Peter to find and buy our home in South Pasadena. Given the market at the beginning of 2022, it was quite challenging to find the right house in our price range. Many times, he did protect us from getting ahead of ourselves. We may not have won a number of bids, but with his help, we always felt like we offered a fair and competitive price.

When my wife's sister Julie ended up in the hospital after an accident, followed by going to an assisted living facility we came to the stark realization she would be unable to return home of 55 years. The costs involved were going to be so expensive and the only way to fund Julie's care in the assisted living facility was to sell her home.
At that point in time, we found a realtor named Peter Owens who met us at Julie's home and offered his assessment of a strategy to maximize her savings with the sale of her home along with a description of the high-end video presentation that would be available to potential buyers. After seeing the video, we were amazed at the quality of the presentation.

Amazingly, each buyer made the exact same cash offer with no contingencies! We did a coin toss with Julie to decide between the two buyers for the sale of Julie's home!
My sister-in-law Julie then ended up with an additional $50,000 more than the asking price of her home and the escrow was closed soon afterwards with no issues at all.
